Beauty bay is amazing!!

So I’ve only used Beauty Bay 2 times (I’ve just ordered my second order) and last time I ordered it was amazing! The Driver/Delivery guy called me as soon as he is about to deliver my order letting me know that it’s coming and asked if he can call again to make sure he’s at the right place, as soon as I opened my door he was extremely nice and waited for me to get the money, he had a big smile on his face, it dosent take long to receive the order, (it comes within 4-7 days) And other like other companies if u want to receive it in 4-7 days it costs an extra 100 aed!!! While on beauty bay it’s costs 40, so overall I love beauty bay and it’s my number one fav online cosmetic store for cosmetics that Cannot be shipped to my location and for most of my cosmetics! 💕💕

Very poor customer service

Super bad experience ever !
first of all when you start ordering the website isn’t steady enough, sometimes it’s flashing / stuck and the item I add in my shopping bags is lost
Second after I place the order. They send me the email about my hauls is dispatched waiting for allocate next day. Then no more updating, I’m checking the bag after 7 days it’s still in the same place. Looks like my package is lost
Then even tho you email the customer service serval time there’s no response at all. Not reachable level. Super disappointed and super low efficiency I’m done with this kinda awful experience.
By the way the setting beauty bot is useless. As the customer service line. Useless

I have shopping in other website with different country. I swear this is the first one so shocking disappointing
