I am using the app since sometime now and it isn’t stable. It got disconnected. Fake messages like you don’t have this channel in your subscription or we are experiencing a technical error. Very disappointing that they can’t create a stable platform. The main issue is that the only way to send a complain is to call them !!??? There is no email or live chat or whats app number. It needs a lot of improvement and investment to create a better platform.

i am wondering why you have removed your app from LG TV content , I was using your app in the 2nd room with my LG TV , now I can’t for the past two to three months , although you charged my regularly monthly , I am only able to browse some channels now only by my mobile and always buffering and cut off ! your app isn’t available anymore for direct smart TVs ,,, really disappointing!
i am also participating with you thorough Bein Sports regular cable channels via Etisalat with our main account , so I am paying double charges here and there but BeinConnect not applicable via smart TV any more , I tried to reach you many time to cancel my subscription but no response ,only charging me always every month without being able to use my subscription the way I used to be ! it is unfair .

The most horrible app i have ever used after paying for the premium , I just paid a couple of hours ago and i have been trying to watch a live match but its horrible it does not even play all it keeps on saying is " error start the app again " i have done every single thing possible , I have deleted the app downloaded it again , Restarted my phone again but it would still not work , I need my money back or you fix this asap.
