False marketing
They advertise on social media various promotions, but when I go to application, promotions that were marketed don’t exist. For example they market water for 10 aed, when I went to application it says 15 aed

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The product you are referring to which costs AED10 is the 330ml Sohat Mineral Water and is currently out of stock. The product that costs AED15 is 500ml Sohat Mineral Water which is a bigger format of the product.

Price increases . Very high
App doesn’t work
Put everything that I needed in the cart and confirmed the order but it keeps showing an error about country code! 🤷🏻♀️ minimum order is 200, my order had reached above that limit but the order was still not going through. No idea what’s the problem
