New Features
- Institutions can control whether users can create personal events in the Base Navigation Calendar Tool. If the privilege is not granted, only system administrators with privileges can create new events.
Bug Fixes
- Custom Language Pack not working in BbApp 9.5.

- Users with many course enrollments get an error message when loading courses.

Notifications
I never get notifications through the app , every time I have to press announcements.
Notifications doesn’t appear regularly on iPhone , I’ve checked the settings, nothing’s wrong in my phone

Improvement
The reason I rated it 4 is it needs some more improvements. It would be much more helpful for students to keep track of their assignments and quizzes. Even though there is a calendar it should specify all up coming quiz exams and stuff and imply to teachers if they are leaving announcements about quiz and exams or assignment they should in put the dates on the sections calendar automatically so the app will enter it to every student in class which he/she would refer to keep track instead of scrolling through announcements and getting confused.
Needs Significant Improvements
Submissions do not always go through. I find myself frequently having to resubmit assignments when I do them through this app and realize that I did not get the confirmatory email that tells me that my submission was successful.
I am not able to view instructor comments on my assignments through this app for some reason.
I have no option to use my default browser when opening links in my course pages. The app defaults to the in-app browser, which is inconvenient and often buggy. I need the option to open links via Safari or any other default browser I set on my phone.
There is no easy way to message my instructor or other students through this app. It is only doable in my PC as far as I know.
