My first order with Blinkit

I found all the items here like quinoa and Daliya easily. In about 6 minutes I received part delivery.

For two items, white and red quinoa, I got a call stating the items have been routed to Charkop, which is outside their coverage area, as I m in Malad.

The guy on call kept telling me to cancel the order and seek refund that I was unwilling as it was not my mistake it was their system error, unhappily I reached customer service chat, their some customer service executive Karan, told me same things and I was chatting with him and in 5 mins my remaining order was delivered from charkop.

Also they had delivered me a freebie coke worth 40rs but my house help directly kept it in refrigerator and showed me remaining items and since the call was going on he did not interrupt me, so I though free coke was not delivered like quinoa too. So I told customer service executive guy to refund but as soon as I found it, that it’s delivered I requested them not to refund and apologised.

So overall everything was delivered but this charkop routing of my product, a call from Blinkit asking me to cancel and seek refund, made it lil chaotic, and hence 4 stars only.

On time best service

I lived out of India and my daughter asked me snakes at late night I was thinking how we can go out now but later I found this blink app which is so amazing I just loved it and it make me feel so safe and comfortable and we can order anything. I am so impressed with app and functions if someone knows 15 minutes noon delivery which is more in Dubai so it’s exactly like that i love it and the prices are also so affordable. Thanks to the company who brought this facility to india specially in meerut.❤️❤️❤️❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
