Security
Your BM Online offers you a secure and trusted Mobile Banking experience through:
• User ID
• WAS authentication
• Transaction Password
1. Click on the Register button from the Login page.
2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

- The option to activate your renewed or replaced debit card. This new card will replace your current debit card, which will expire soon.

Suggestion for app improvement

The last update is nice and one step forward , where still not up to the expected level yet to match other banks applications where still missing the following:
1) bio access especially face biometric for iPhones .
2) should be other way for security check rather than BM TOKEN app . This should be the through the same app .
3) Rewards access should be within the app not to be transferred to web site and to enter the data again as once I access through the app all services related my account should be accessible including the rewards account .

Improved a lot

Having left probably the meanest review on the previous version of this app, I’m happy to say the bank finally listened and this new app is much better/easier to use.

The one key feature still missing is biometric login (face ID, Touch ID).

Great improvement overall though :)

The bank is always updating the app services to make it easy for us to transfer, check details, pay bills, request new services, apply for products like credit card etc ,
The app looks very easy and friendly use. The interface is simple and looks very nice, it is organized due to sections
