It’s very reliable application we have used for every single trip on our vacation on Tbilisi and worked very well for us, Best thing they accept CASH( keep on my to always carry change with you, (as many drivers they don’t) Drivers are decent people never had any bad experience so far, please don’t forget to always tip those hard workers 👍
RUDE drivers
I’ve always used Uber for my rides, but I thought I would give Bolt a chance. I requested a ride and it was confirmed with an estimated time of 4 minutes. For some reason, it took the driver more than 15 minutes to get to us! It happens..He arrive, stopped, and looked at me.. So I told him my name to confirm that it’s my ride and started walking towards him.. Maybe it’s based on my race, religion, or my look, but for some reason he said he decided to close his window and started driving away from us.. I thought maybe he would stop in the corner for us, so I chased him to look if he did that, because I didn’t want to believe that someone is actually that rude and ignorant.. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find him, and the app told me that the ride was cancelled because the driver couldn’t locate me!! I immediately informed Bolt, but there was no response… Of course I deleted the app and I’m never trying it again..
Not always available
Taxi doesnt accept if the destination is near and price is low they only accept if the price is high 10 days im trying to use bolt for destination which is less than 10 mins only the expensive cars will accept but if you economy no one will accept and drivers will keep cancelling
