In this release, you can now update your registered mobile number through the BPI Mobile app. We also made bug fixes and improvements to improve your experience.

This app only proves how incompetent BPI is. They created an app which ideally should make banking easy and convenient but in reality, it is just a waste of time. The old app is way more acceptable than this. Now , people working abroad wouldn't be able to transact easily. The process of updating the mobile number is very tedious.
I tried calling their customer service hotline thinking that the mobile number can be updated over the phone, took me an hour to get to talk to someone. The representative asked a lot of verification questions but in the end, you will just be told that you have to visit the branch? Seriously???
Useless app not working
Been uploading this app weeks ago. As an OFW, I thought it’s convenient to use mobile banking for transactions that includes money matters. But to my dismay it didn’t work. I received a confirmation email from the bank that my mobile banking is activated and I can now use the app for paying bills or transferring money. But till now everytime I logged in it says, your BPi online is not yet activated. Visits any bpi atm machine... I did already that’s why received the confirmation email from them. Useless app
This is a POOR and inconvenient mobile app!! How many steps to load a mobile number? How about assigning names for the enrolled numbers, any way of doing that?? Features are very tedious unlike the previous one. Please FACILITATE the user’s access & transactions instead of bogging us with more steps. I am now forced to use the desktop version to get things done faster, rather than use this redundant & inconvenient app. Its pointless having it on my phone
