When we click particular product it will open other window to see product in details as well as below there was the option to check “Similar Product” like in same colored other design clothing. But after update that option is removed now, so now we have to waste more time to browse each item and even we loose more Internet Data as well.
“Recently viewed” option is still there But Similar Product feature is removed, please fix it back asap

Policies of returning items from online purchase through a courier is a fake policy, they have it on their terms and conditions but it is not available.

I don’t recommend shopping with Brands for Less, even their support were rude to me & she ended the chat before even asking me if I need anything else.

It is my first and last time, in order to exchange an item for another size, here is the process: Go visit a branch to return it, then wait for them to refund back your credit, then again go and look for the item so you can order it again, and then go back to the branch to collect it.. that’s pathetic, NAMSHI is way better when it comes to returns, they come to your door with the requested size and take the previous not suitable size with no drama or issues.

1. Worst shopping web ever. Ordered shoes online for cash on delivery, arrived, paid by cash, when I unboxed the shoes, disappointed, shoes look like fake or defected, glue marks all over the shoes, requested return, they offered me vaucher or some points on the app instead of returning real money.

2. Bought Diesel Denim Shirts, not cheap price of course, if you consider it was fake, it is extremely expensive. The reason I'm saying fake is the denim shirt lost it's shape in 20 days. Tried to return, they said "because of you might use variety of chemicals to clean the shirt it has lost it's shape" - whaaat? Only 20 days, am I a Chemistt? I washed it not more than 3 times with "Ariel" powder. Just, reality is they sold me fake item under the brand name.

3. Bought "Tommy Hilfiger" Cardigan Jacket. Used only few times, but in longer period. Jacket lost it's shape even if I didn't wash it at all. Cardigan jacket became longer up to down. Elbow side on sleeves totally lost the shape. Fake, they didn't approve of return request.

Worst ever, don't try to waste your time on them.
