Dette er et kurs for din psykiske og fysiske helse. Selvdisiplin er viktig, men for å vite hva som hindrer deg fra å ha et lykkelig liv, må du være modig! For å gjøre dette vil vi øve meditasjon og arbeide med forskjellige typer oppgaver som veileder deg til å finne svarene i deg selv.

Last ned kurset så starter vi med en indre reise til ditt sunne liv, i et trygt fellesskap hvor du lærer å være Brave At Heart. Med gratistilbudet får du tilgang til et kort kurs. Med Brave Community får du tilgang til fellesskapet vårt.

This is a program for your mental health and physical health. Self discipline is important, but to know what is blocking you from having a happy life, you need to be brave!

To do this we will practice meditation and work with different types of tasks that guides you to find the answers inside yourself.

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
