Terrible app

The worst app that I’ve ever seen.
If you try to purchase a bus ticket, it will always say that your address isn’t verified. After 10000 attempts of putting address, I called customer service and they said that you can only purchase with an a bank credit card issued only in the US.
So why the error says about the address then????
How can visitors use this app then?????
Useless!!!!!!!
