technical error

I’ve been using this app for about a year. And I really like this application because I can dowload any type of music I want and I can listen to them offline. But unfortunately, when I backup and then restore my phone, all my files and precious music that I downloaded were gone. I tried everything to recover my downloaded files but its all gone. It would be great if someone could help me with this issue. Thanks.

First of all let me thank the developers for giving such a beautiful and useful app.
You guys rock.
This was such a needed app for ios users as there were no downloader available for ios. Now we can download videos without hindering the integrity of ios. Please continue what you are doing and make this app even better.

Amazing app

Overall experience is amazing when you have this app !
Only sometimes facing crashes and suddenly lags !
And you can hear some ads in between when it says the full version does not have ads !!
