New arrival time range - very successful

I’m a regular user and lately was a bit annoyed due to the regular delayed arrival which sometimes was getting really well beyond the allocated time slot which made me just drive off and complain , however when the company expanded the expected arrival time for fueling to within two hours instead of one I arranged my timetable accordingly when I placed the order and it worked very well and that took away the waiting frustration.
Very good step .
Another very satisfied customer.

Worst service. I get car cleaning exterior and interior, but i lost my parking card after. I asked the cleaner he said he did not saw it. When i asked for the before and after cleaning photos i pointed out from the photo showing the paeking card and he still claim he did not saw it. The after cleaning photo shows the card was not there after cleaning. It was clear the card was misplaced. I asked the driver where he put it but he took it the wrong way asking me back if i am accusing him of taking the card. I said i am asking where did you put my card. I asked back did you throw something out of my car, he said none. But i asked him again after showing the photo. He said it was trash not card so he threw it. It was clear that the card was lost after his cleaning and i checked every corner of my car as CAFU wants me to checked but there isn’t parking card. Its been a week and CAFU just get back to me that their employee said he did not see the card. I responded back that what is the use of your photos. If we claim there is something missing on our car we do not have a choice but to accept it because CAFU will not do anything!

Car wash

Listen to my funny story with this successful application with the unsuccessful workers they have

I requested to wash my car 3 times:
1- after paying and choosing the time to come and wash my car, the worker called me and he told me we can’t accept your order now coz I am not using water I am using chemicals and it’s too sunny it might effect your car.
What’s my problem if I just requested to clean my car, I don’t know what does he mean I requested a service you guys come and do it or remove this service from the app.
2- second time the worker came to my and he is already super late and he keep asking me to wait for 2 minutes I am outside and I stayed waiting for him for around 20 mins which is super late for me. I asked the guy he was telling me i was having another car to was.
It’s not my problem I requested from 4pm to 5pm why the worker took my request if he is not FREE.
3- this is the third and last experience with this application. The worker called me and he apologized that he can’t clean my car now coz it’s humid outside and the timing was 10pm which I was so shocked !!!!! This is not an excuse to not doing your job properly.
What can I do if the weather is humid !!!
He reply back to me I will come tomorrow at 6pm !!! Seriously?????? They are choosing the time not

By the way most of the very good applications are having a very bad service too.
