The renewal will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

Not working with content blocked and no support from customer care

I’ve downloaded the application on my Apple TV and iPhone and purchased the monthly subscription but it did not work and giving always the message “content blocked”. I sent several emails to customer care but did not get any response!
If the application is not designed to work in some regions or countries then this should be clearly highlighted in English and it should be blocked from purchasing in the respective regions!
