My best food app so far
The first time I ordered was great. My food was on time and the delivery rider was so nice and polite. 2nd time order was the same. The food was on time and the delivery guy is nice like my first order. I'm just sad that I don’t have cash at the moment that I can’t tip the rider. Hopefully, you put some options to give tips to the riders.
As I read some of the bad experiences here, I guess it depends on the restaurants you order from. I experienced it in a different app but I called first the restaurant to make sure whether my order had been picked up already or not. Guess some people here dont know how to think first before blaming the apps not the restaurants that they are ordering too 😅
Worst Delivery App Ever!!
Ordered food at 12:13AM and supposed to be delivered at 1:08AM. Called the delivery rider about my order coz its already 1AM. Tracking the rider he was so far from my location, checking on it he is at Mushrif Area and not moving. Called him and asked what is he doing there and replied he will come inshallah. I was asking the rider what time, the exact time because I dont want to get my food cold and soggy as it already almost past time with the maximum projected delivery time. So, connected with th Customer Service. Ibraheem was the person I got to chat with in regards to my concern. I was informing him to cancel my order coz its almost late to receive my food and the rider is in Mushrif Area. He never assisted me well rather he was imposing me to wait for the rider. Imagine ist already 1:08AM. Rider is still in Mushrif. How many minutes do I have to wait? How far is Mushrif area to my place here in the city proper? What to do you think will happen with the food? It’ll come cold for sure. I did not feel IBRAHEEM the sympathy I needed from him. He does not know to emphatize customer for sure. Poor customer service. Cari this is disappointing. Trained your customer service and delivery riders very well please. If there is 0 star. I will give you 0. Good Luck!
