Worst customer service

I have never seen the worst customer service in my life no communication at all and doesn't care about whatever issues the customer have and always give promises they can not keep like u are going to receive a call in 24 hours and we never do.
For me carriage was the best but since they have changed the customer service into a chat nobody really cares anymore and drivers stealing change from customers and still they dont care its just went down to lowest customer service i have seen.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

This used to be such a good app but it’s quickly deteriorating. I’ve ordered once from a restaurant and after an hour of waiting with no updates on where my order is, I contacted their online support - for some reason they don’t provide a phone number, which makes NO sense for a business... unless it’s because they get so many complaints that they don’t want to deal with angry customers through the phone- when I contacted their online support, it took the lady 15 minutes to “resolve” my issue. She said the delivery will be there in a few minutes. 30 minutes later, there’s still no delivery. So rather than contacting customer service, I called the restaurant directly. They said they NEVER RECEIVED an order through carriage in that day. So I had to resort to customer service again... it took them another 15 minutes to get back to me and tell me that no one has received my order...?? How is one customer service rep telling me that my order is on the way and the other is telling me the restaurant never received it. So they pretty much wasted 2 hours of my time, my money and my patience. They didn’t even offer to give me back my money! They just kept telling me “order has not be received my restaurant “. Thanks Sherlock! I got that! EXTREMELY unprofessional and incompetent. Mind you that’s just the worst of my experiences, there are many more through this app.

Bad delivery 🛵 — received food COLD ❄️

This app was one of the best competitors in the food delivery industry. Today when I ordered dinner for my children everything went smoothly until it came to the delivery. After I saw the delivery guy pick up supposedly my order from the restaurant, I waited 30 mins and gave him a call since he was far from my location in the tracking map. He then proceeded to tell me that he’s not the one that is going to pick up my order, and that it will be delayed 20 mins, and that he’s going to contact customer service and inform them. At this point, my blood is boiling because my children are about to sleep and their food has not yet arrived. I personally talked to customer service so I can understand what happened exactly. Apparently, the assigned driver to my order didn’t pick up my order and another driver is going to pick it up ( which is going to cause another 20 mins of delay). Anyways, I wait another 15 mins after talking to customer service and I check and see that I got assigned a new driver. He finally arrived, but the food is COLD. I have never ever been this upset that I ordered from carriage as much as today because it was full of problems and complications. I hope they reflect on these mistakes and resolve them in the near future to assure better quality of service and satisfaction from customers.
