Super duper

I have no language to say that how much fun this game has This is the most beautiful wonderful amazing and enjoyable game I am pretty sure that there is no more game like this game in the world And this game is very interesting and fun It is very interesting because if you play one match you will be interested to play the next match and if you play next match you will be interested to play the third match This is the reason that why does the game is very interesting When I have played the game for the first time I have been realized that this game is too much fun and over interesting

Terrible and rude customer service

Extremely rude customer service. When I told them I was having an issue with free spins on the jackpot mode, they responded saying its 3rd party that controls that. So I left it at that.
After that I got an email asking for my view on how I felt about their customer support, where I had to select either ‘good’ or ‘bad’. I obviously wasn’t super happy with the fact that they couldnt fix a button on their app themselves, neither was i compensated for missing out of some free spins, so I said bad and I told them the same.
I got a super rude response where they basically shut me up (unwarranted) where they said ‘any further communication on the matter will automatically be closed’. Like they weren’t even polite about it. Lol. So lame. Why ASK for feedback if you cant take it??? Lol. Clearly run by noobs. All other games ive played have very supportive and generous customer support. They don’t care for the customers.

Autoplay Players

Many a times I face an opponent with Auto play, they play all the ridiculous shot still puck are getting pocket. I loose so many matches just because of the auto play. This is the worst part of this game. I earn by winning small games then when I play big games this auto play makes me loose all my coins. Before quitting this wonderful game I just wanted to give you the feedback on this. Am sure many will start quitting it if you don’t stop this auto play.
