CARS24 UAE | Used Cars in UAE 4+

Reliability, transparency in all dealing and professional approach- these are the three characteristics come to my mind when I think of my experience with Cars 24. Bought a Nissan Kicks 2019 model from Cars 24 recently. From the time of first reserving the car for test drive I could see the professionalism in the approach of the staff. In fact I choose this car from five different vehicle from Cars 24 I test drive. Mr Shaikh Ameer, my relationship manager kept me informed of every step. I would say it was a hassle free operation through out. Mr Anjoom , Sales representative of this car I bought was also knowledgeable and professional in his dealings. I can see the entire team of staff are really good. With this approach to keep customers happy, they create a long lasting impression in their minds! I am sure Cars 24 will be a great success in UAE and all other markets with this approach. All the very best Cars 24!

Strongly don’t recommend! I requested a test drive then same day they emailed me saying sorry the test drive is cancelled because QC marked car no go! Then after some time i texted them they said sorry it’s a mistake! Test drive is confirmed and on time, car came and the guy had zero information about the vehicle and when i ask any questions he tells me sorry it’s my first viewing and I don’t know, anyways i found out that the car GPS is not working, am talking about a c 200 coupe Mercedes! Also the blind spot and parking sensors were not working! So the guy said we will fix no problem! I thought it was checked by QC and the 150 points that you keep advertising! He says sorry it was parked in the yard for long time and maybe something happened! Then i had to wait for a week till they fix it following up everyday to push them to finish it, finally they came back after a week saying sorry we can’t! If you want GPS then go purchase a memory card from Mercedes for 6K and they will install it for you! Wooow then the big surprise was, they said the car is accident free and original paint! But after checking the chassis number i found out that car has an accident report and the door was painted! So i told them you had to mention that and adjust the price as it is overpriced for a painted car! They said no! It’s not a imajor accident so that’s why we didn’t mention it! Summary is that they are not trusted. Never ever recommend them to anyone!

Would like to share a positive feedback. The service is smooth and is the same as they promised-hassle free. You just book the car, test drive it and it get delivered to your house later. Took only 5 working days to receive the car. Special thanks to manager Muneeb Hussain-just a great person! He helped a lot and was in touch every single day, kept updated about the registration process, was trying to find the ways how to get everything smooth and fast. Moreover he answered all my questions regarding the car and provided all necessary information. He was even in touch in his day off. Robert, delivery associate, delivered the car and explained and then texted all the details regarding the car, showed all the items and assisted in all paperwork. All team members were so polite, attentive and helpful. Highly recommending!
