    Discovering this app this the best thing that ever happened to me! I just don't understand why others experience difficulties, as you just need to follow strictly their terms and conditions. I had few transactions with Cashnow, everything went smoothly. You guys just need to work on being a layout-friendly application 😅 But all others is fine. Thank you team! **** 31 Jul 22 UPDATE. I'd like to rate the application with 10 stars now if available 😅! CN had been so helpful with me specially in times that I badly needed money. Few days ago, I finished my loan without other problems. Just only being delayed for 1 day and was charged the penalty, well that was actually my fault since I didn't check when i took loan the next days of due. My salary came 1 day late since banks are closed on weekends, but still penalty was reasonable and fine. Now, I am credit free! This application is real! Just follow their rules and requirements. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Actually For the first time its was working very smoothly. Once i crossed 700 aed transactions i am going to apply for monthly credit 1800 aed and then they rejected my application I don't know why. Again i am trying but rejected and apps showed apply for another day and then i am keep trying for get but they rejected for the amount and then when i move forward to apply for 900 aed they accepted my application.. Now my question is if the application maintained by automatically so how they rejected for 1800 and when i am applying for 900 aed then they accepted..we are applying for loan when we need money for emergency. Not for chilling. But if the right time we didn't get the right amount which we are expecting for so what's the benefit to get loan.So you will understand what I want to say Piz resolved this problem and take a action about my problem if it's possible i requested.Please be follow my Review and solve my problem

    When I’m using this app this app, give me first time 300 dirhams and after that 500 and after that 700 dirhams and after that thousand dirhams and after that 1900 dirhams since I paid 1900 dirhams, they refuse my loan application again and again again and again I don’t know what’s wrong. I paid my all installment in the time or before time but they refuse me every time. I don’t know why I want to know about this and I tried today. Also they refuse me again when I’m trying small like 1300. Maybe they give me when I want to try big one like 3000 but they didn’t give why I paid my all installment in the time or before time I never paid installment out of the time. I don’t know why they reject every time if anything wrong if this application doesn’t want to give me any loan, they told me, but this is not fair to doing like this again and again before I was too much glad that I got this application to support me but nowadays this application make my expectation down so please help for me what is the problem and how can I solve the problem please? I’m humbly request you I hope you understand my problem and help me. Thank you so much.

    I really upset this application . I thought this apps can helps us for some sort of little bit financial issue but they will lead us to get trouble . I got loan and they block my account and I can’t pay then through cashnow application . So I ask them how to pay without the apps , then they give me a bank account . Then they told after payment I will inform them or send email and attach the receipt . So I done everything . I send them emails with receipts attachment . Then what they reply me provide your personal information . Like emirates ID and take a selfie with your emirates ID . So done I follow all the instructions they’re telling me . I got response from them to another person and asking me again to provide again my personal information . And of their teams will assist me about my concern . . This is very bad application . When they want money they will call you every other day to remind you your payment but when you pay them then you will not get any good response from them 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

    It couldve been nice if people talk to you properly. I know they are just doing their jobs but they dont just remind you about payment but THREAT and HARASS you. I don’t know why you guys do that. When people definitely give you enough reasons for the delayed payment. And the delayed was just 1-2days. It’s not yeaaaarrrssss of not paying. You are a credit institution and not criminal goons who aggressively intimidate people and threat them. When lender explicitly mentioned salary hasnt been credited DUE TO HOLIDAYS. You bombard people with CALLS and MESSAGES. I’ve never experienced this with any banks dealing with home loans and personal loans. They even give you ample time to get it sorted out. 1-2days delayed payments isn’t something your company should be crying about! Even banks understands people’s situation. Hence I don’t recommend this app. You honestly don’t want to help people. You just want to be aggressively intimidating. As if those collectors themselves don’t have any loans from anyone. Talk to me like that if you have zero credit.

  • Unauthorized Early 1 month payment deduction from linked account.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability regarding my recent experience. An amount was deducted from my linked account a full month before the actual due date, despite the agreed-upon terms that payments should only be processed on the due date. This was unauthorized, as I have no overdue or pending payments on my account.I have emailed customer service multiple times to request a refund and have received no response or assistance. This lack of support has been incredibly frustrating and raises serious concerns about the security of linking my account to your payment system. If you can take funds without warning and then ignore customer concerns, it leaves customers feeling vulnerable and unprotected.This experience has eroded my trust in your service. I hope you address this matter promptly, both to resolve my situation and to improve the experience for other customers in the future.
