This is the best VPN I am using for last 2 years but after my ios14.4 update the app is showing error while changing location and always popup can’t load any location.

Locations inaccessible
Dear developer please note I have subscribed premium to access different servers locations but I have been charged but not able to access any location apart from default location Germany please help it still shows as I need to subscribe but if I click on subscription it says already subscribed after subscription I’m still getting ads.
