I have ordered 500 aed in my first order, I received 2 items worse quality and 2 items damaged and 4 items wrong size from 24 items which I have ordered
I sender to return, they started to waste time and make me tired after 4-5 days which I was following they said underwear’s which I have received damaged they don’t accept return and for wrong sizes items they have started about it’s my mistake that also not possible
I’m going to dubai police to open case from this company, I suggest you ****Do not order anything to them***** when I bought in first about 500 aed and they don’t know who should support customer what do you think?

Waste of money don’t buy this from this app

I ordered some dress and I my received order after 15 days. And clothes quality is very very cheap materials and I plan to return the order there return no option in the app. I reached customer care live chat. They said. We raised request for the return and next. I got massage they saying U items can’t be return the cs team rejected iworst app ever. Don’t fall this scamm app like this Ur money will not return
