Not delivered the food and no refund even 1aed
The worst restaurant ever!!! The first experience is ive waited for an hour, second time they delivered at home and not from the address that i put!! They wasted my 1hr break, i keep on ordering because i love the food here, the worst thing happened ever is today! My third time i order they didnt deliver the food and they didnt even do a refund even 1 aed! They are telling that the pin location is not accurate so what is the use of putting the new address where they should deliver the food if ther are relaying with the pin location?? And i didnt get even one msg from the driver where in earth he is!
If there is ZERO star i will put Zero!!! Your taking the money the food was not deliver!!! No refund!!! And wasted my break without eating anything instead giving you High blood pressure!!!!
Worst delivery & customer service
Ordered our food at 10:12am and the online app clearly stated that waiting time is between 40-45mins(shorter time than 3rd party delivery services which is 55mins). At 10:40am the delivery is on the way but at 11:10(30mins) there’s no call from the rider. I contacted the call center and was informed that it’s just 20mins since it was dispatched so I need to wait a bit longer… then at 11:20am still no call from the rider my husband contacted the center again and we were advised that we need to wait & give time for preparation and WE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT IT’S 90mins waiting time. No apologies and he even made us feel that we shouldn’t be complaining cause it’s just more than 70mins since we ordered the food. So is their application lying that waiting time is 40-45mins????
Worst delivery time
I ordered my food at 10am with one hour expected delivery time (much longer than 3rd party apps) since my order was accepted. After an hour, I checked the app again and my order is still not dispatched. I called the call center to update and was informed that it’s been dispatched and to allow them 10-15 mins more. It’s already 1hour and 45mins until the delivery person called me for my location which is already in the address I have provided and I just live a block away from the store. This has happened to me before when I ordered through your website. Thinking it would be different this time, I actually downloaded this app, but yet again? Poorest delivery service ever! And you even dare to charge for delivery?
