Bad application
It is not supporting customer to do everything through online without calling call center and waiting 2 or 3 working days waiting somebody o call him if he call .
I am facing a lot problems to update my data like phone number and I cannot do it through mobile online banking and I called call center several times to add new phone number and no body call me until now and I cannot do any process to transfer money because I am waiting somebody from bank to call me until now. Slow action from call center too
One time login and thats it
Only one time open and after each time trying to login an error page come and till now can’t access my accounts. (Need to access it from PC)
This issue is faced always even with the old version, changing the interface feel and look is good however i will not open the application to see only the background photo!
If i try tomorrow it shall open again, so i believe i have only one day chance of login.
OTP works only with Egyptian numbers
I registered my contact number as +971 number (however I asked the guy there if that is ok or better put Egyptian mobile number, but confirmed it’s ok and will work fine!!)
Now I am abroad and want to activate OTP and it’s not sending SMS to my contact number !! And I cannot even update my phone number from the internet banking website
