Audio outage

Hi,

I’m from Dubai too, the audio will work only for the 1st 5 seconds then there is a huge outage. I can’t hear anything and also my voice is not reaching the room members. This really weird, my connection is stable, 400+Mb/sec on Wifi and 5G on cellular. My model is iPhone 12 pro, if that can help your devs find the cause. Also I went to setting and made sure to grant the app all the permissions but with no luck.

Poor connection ISSUE!

I have been using the app for a month now and I literally cannot speak! My connection is very strong and I can hear everyone in all the rooms speaking very clearly BUT whenever I unmute myself to speak this message that says 'poor connection, try to find a stronger signal' pops on my screen and it just won't let me speak! Simply people cannot hear me clearly and it keeps breaking up while I can hear them very well! I tried sign out of the app and sign in, I deleted the whole app and downloaded it again, I tired a strong WIFI and a strong data connection, I even tried another phone and download the app on it! But none of this solved the poor connection issue! Please advise how could this be fixed!

Clubhouse latest update

Clubhouse latest update is a true definition of customer service complete failure they introduced a major update that completely changes the application concept removing major feature of the app and removing the people followers without spending time to introduce the changes to the members educating them about what is new or how to adopt with new update.
The update happened suddenly to introduction or announcement. Suddenly we was in our clubs talking and discussing and suddenly the update was implemented and we no longer able to use the app as we used to in the last couple of years.
People invested time and efforts on the app to enrich the content and build there social network and establish a routine of connecting with friends and followers and suddenly in one minute all gone.
