Keeps charging me

The app is good but as soon as you purchase a subscription, and then you cancel it, it keeps charging you! Two months in a row i was charged and the app was not even on my phone because i deleted it. The developer says that he cant do anything because he can’t see any amount associated with my email, so where this amount that i am being charged is going to??

Hey, can you email me at brett@coconote.app and I will get this sorted out for you? Subscriptions ran through Apple are automatically ended when you cancel with Apple
