A lot of lies
First of all a bad customer service and so expensive comparing to their service, they let u pay around 39 $ for 10 questions that u don’t even get answer for, I posted to 2 questions one for differential equations it took more than an hour to be answered and it was even typed by keyboard which isn’t professional, and I posted a question which is for Fundamentals of transportation and they gave me an approximate time of 3 hours to get an answer and I waited a whole day and didn’t get any answer, they just give you a lie that they take 15 minutes which is not true at all!!, and even sent an email and got ignored, I advise whoever to use chegg which first of all has 20 questions that they really get answered not ages to be answered or ignored and secondly way less expensive and cost around 15$, that’s my experience if anyone from the website would contact me and make it better I’ll be glad, although I got ignored thank you!
