It’s great but...
Crunchyroll is a great anime streaming app but 1 problem often happens, when an ad comes and it finally finishes I'm just met with an infinite buffering screen that just doesn't end. Please fix this if possible it’s really annoying and forces me to restart the app and when I open it again I get another ad and the same thing happens: there is just a loading screen and doesn't end and another thing: when an ad comes (again it's about ads) there isn't a skip button that should come after 4 or 5 seconds but, this one isn’t that annoying. No need to fix this.
Great Anime Streaming App but no offline viewing
Subscribed for the premium service because of the great library. Some of the best anime’s on the app, couldn’t ask for more but alas I am a human and will always ask for more.
1. Offline: This app needs to have an offline mode to download and view later. I burned 15.2 GB within 24 hours of just viewing 11 episodes on my cellular data, I have a monthly quota of 32 GB on cellular. If I can’t stream while pretending to work then why even stream. If the download option doesn’t happen soon then I’ll be cancelling this subscription.
2. SKIP Intro: Like all other streaming services, a skip intro function needs to be added.
3. Next Video: Option to skip end credits as soon as the episode ends and move on to the next. Sorry to all the artists and productions houses involved but we all streamers skip the beginning and ending credits unless the intro and outro theme songs are really catchy.
Top quality app, but I meet a constant problem
So basically I tried to watch some anime of course. But every time I start an episode, I have to click the play button 2-3 times, then meet a black screen for the rest of the episode that only has the audio play. I tried to reinstall, restart my phone, etc. but nothing worked. I only managed to counter this problem when an ad plays and then I rewind the episode and it goes normally. Please fix this.
