This app is definitely one of my favourite apps to trade with, it’s fast and simple, but to be completely honest here, there are many other better apps that provide flexibility in UAE.
Example: I can’t transfer AED to my bank account and I have to use SEPA payments which some banks in UAE have to confirmation multiple times to actually allow you to start trading.
This app would definitely be the best if it starts to offer flexibility in its Fiat wallet. Both for depositing and withdraw from/to your bank account easily.

Deposits will get lost

I know the app owners will probably reply here that I should send customer service a message, which I did without use. I hate middlemen in cryptocurrency but they’re currently necessary until someone finds a solution we can onramp fiat without these scamming companies. This is the reason I’m writing this review:

I made a few deposits and withdrew them as a test, the first deposit took 2 days as they stated in the app, the second one took a day even though it states it will take a few minutes if you transfer from a UAE bank in AED, the third deposit (25k aed) also took hours… The problem is on my fourth transfer I transferred a smaller amount (20k aed) than the third one and it has been almost a week and still not deposited in my account. Every time I contact support they say “please bear with us” as if the money has been lost, I provided proof from my bank that they received the money, without use. To this day I haven’t gotten my money.

Don’t deal with these companies the best way to trade crypto is to go p2p. There are many cash exchanges in Dubai, much better than dealing with these scum companies that want you to beg them for your money.

Debit Card Visa - Ruby and others

After enrolling myself at this app, with very good reviews, and adding CRO in stake in order to have the debit card! I was surprising through the chat (customer care) as they dont deliver the card in UAE - Dubai, when my coins were already staking for 180days.

Which means done due to the deal to get this card, now I found myself without my debit card and with my CRO locked by force. As I see not fair as they did not specify where do they provide this delivery service. At least as tip to enhance try to add a warning informing your new users to very if this cards possible could be used on their countries.
Well happy with everything else but…..
Disappointed due this lack of information.
