خدمتهم جدا سيئه طلب طلبيه لعيد ميلاد بنتي وشخص اخر ووضو الابطايق غلط ووصلت الهديه للشخص المعني والحين لما اكلمهم يقولولي والله لازم صوره البطاقه طيب كيف ايبها اذا الهديه وصلت وفوق ها كله اونه بنرد لج ٢٥ درهم من قيمه الهديه الي اصلا 100 درهم Their service is very bad. I ordered for my daughter’s birthday and someone else’s birthday. They put the cards in the wrong place and the gift arrived to the person concerned. Now when I call them, they tell me, “I swear I need a picture of the card. How can I get it if the gift arrives?” And on top of all of this, they return 25 dirhams of the gift’s value, which is 100 dirhams.
App is not working well
I keep restarting the app because it suddenly stop functioning, now i’m stuck at check out, the app freezes every time i press check out
