Take time to update small information like passport number

1-I am still waiting to update my payment and should amount for outstanding read as ZERO, i already make 3 payments and all documents sent to your email but still not update

2- i update my passport but still not reflected

Had to wait a weeks to transfer the apartment and expect a lot of Crazy SMS

I bought an Apartment for myself and waiting already 3-rd week for DAMAC MANAGEMENT TEAM to transfer it under my name - while waiting for it more than 2 weeks you are not able to apply for Move-in permission! I’m very disappointed with DAMAC now! And expect security to stop delivery of your new furniture and other staff every time when you have delivery from the stores in different time saying you can’t move in because in their system they still have details of the previous owner! Also they keeps closing every time the tickets and keeps opening new saying that you are not waiting long time - while you are waiting 3rd WEEK! During this time I received a lot of Anoying SMS and Emails saying that my ticket is closed because they didn’t get required documents from my end while they confirmed many times that they have everything from my end and I just need to wait but all deadlines where already exceeded last week and till now they keeps saying please wait. Today one lady from DAMAC TEAM told me maybe it will take 1 more week to get it done, so after this I will be able to apply for Move-In and there you also need to wait - not sure how long!!! Very disappointed!!!

Be ready for it if you are planning to buy apartment in DAMAC Buildings.

Very slow and unprofessional employee

Title Deed is issued, handed over NOC from bank and mortgage team sent an confirmation email stating that everything is completed from their end. Afterwards visited the handover office for further process and submitted required documents and unit snagging completed and accepted the house on 22nd June 2023 however, staff who represent the handover office assured that everything will be done next day just wait my call or message, till the date no any information. According to the staff I have committed to potential tenant for the rent and due to this occurrence i lost the tenancy agreement. You need to look after your property owner according to your promises as you might get more buyer from them but if your service is poor towards your client then they won’t refer client.
Please watch out my issue urgently without further delay
