I really enjoy this loyalty app, especially getting points without using app, only we have to link card and use their malls or partners brands. And there are multiple options to redeem, to your bank card, as gift card, vouchers and donate. So Darna App is very special who is living in abudhabi region. And thanks for ALDAR.

Needs improvement

This app needs alot of work, i lost alot of points as they were not reflected specially that we have linked our cards to automatically get points. When i send them a screenshot of amount being deducted from shop asking why it wasnt reflected they refuse as invoice is required (why would we keep invoice for a month with us) 2- points from schools take more than 2-3 month’s to be reflected with constant reminders 3- they deducted point saying it was expired and there was no message on dashboard or any reminder about the points that will get expired unlike the other apps we use.
