Apple Pay and Wallet app

Please support Apple Pay as it’s available in the UAE now and the ability to add the booking to the Apple Wallet app to easily reach the booking confirmation. Thanks.

Never refund on your cancellation

I had a very bad experience with dnata. They told me that they have processed my refund and it will take 21 to 30 business days for them to return my amount back. It is uae based company and I also used UAE bank card. Even after 37 business day I have not received my amount back. I can pretend that I could never claim/followup back if I would be out of country. Deleting this app and I will never use it.

Nice App

Amazing App with competitive fare. The only draw back is that booking is not live once done on the app. Dnata team has to re-confirm back which sometimes might not be possible
