Ratings and Reviews
Improved but no quite
Love the new look and layout. Very easily identifiable links. Very intuitive design! Kudos!
But functionally it needs to be improved, especially with login ease. I understand the need to be secure, but current login in a hassle even after registration and fingerprint. I had not logged in, but was able to find the doctor, choose booking date, decide booking time and about to confirm booking. Then the app realized I was not logged in and redirected me to login process. But after logging in, I had lost the booking and had to redo all the steps.

Could be more efficient to use
Overall the app is well designed and provides all the needed information and booking options. The only thing that needs to be improved to make it more efficient and less time consuming, would be the option of keeping the user logged in. Every time I try to use the app, I have to do fingerprint recognition and additionally type the password sent through whatsapp.

Game changer that is why we don’t go to other hospitals
Big difference using an app. Book rebook reschedule pay online cancel organize visits to multiple Dr in one visit for a family of 5 is very easy using this app, however there is room for improvement. Add appointment to calendar books whole day. Takes long time to load and complete requests using
