Actually the app itself is nice and works in a very practical way, meanwhile, the corporation needs to work more on the attitude of drivers and the follow up of complaints, in addition i still don’t know why they call their service “limousine “?; it is not.

I didn’t understand this app, I don’t want to use Careem so I downloaded it and I tried to book a ride, you can only book a private car with high fare and if you want to order a Dubai Taxi you have to schedule it you don’t have the option to book now, and when you choose the high fare options it took at least 11 minutes to the driver to arrive. And at the same time I used Careem the taxi came immediately after 2 minutes. So how come this is Dubai Taxi application and it’s not working appropriately I can’t really understand. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great drivers , amazing service , much reasonable prices compared to its peers. Maps are improving each time I access the app. Highly recommended . Drive in luxury and use their Tesla cars “ you will definitely enjoy the ride “
