Unusable, non functional app

Not able to proceed beyond registration as it gives error that “ID number not valid”

There is no option of using hyphen as in the ID card number as the numeric keypad is the not option to key in the ID number which doesn’t have a hyphen. Either the registration should accept ID number without hyphen or allow user to enter ID number with hyphen.

Do not!! Do not buy this insurance or mednet in general. They will find every excuse to not approve any procedure!! Their so called “doctors” that make such decisions are charlatans that don’t know left from right. Also, dear “dubai care”, I will be making a complain after complain to dubai health care until I get satisfaction for the pain you caused
