EastWest Mobile is a banking app designed for customers enrolled in EastWest Online Banking, so they can conveniently access their accounts - whether Savings, Checking, or Credit Cards - on mobile devices.

Existing EastWest Online Banking Personal users simply need to log in with their Online Banking credentials to start using the app. For new users, self-service registration is easy and convenient through the "sign me up" function on the app's log in screen.

Not working
I emailed you regarding the eastwest mobile app. Its been a month im checking my account here, but if it is not network error, it would be blank white screen. I cannot check my balance. Unfortunately this is my only way to check my savings account because im an ofw. I also apply for troo insurance that require auto debit in my account. But if it is like this, im thinking that the app is not safe. This is a bank mobile app it should work reliably. Please check your app and update for your clients safety as well.
Worst banking app ever
If I can give a negative star, I would give for this app. Very inconvenient! Always hanging, most of the time only showing blank white screen, and unreasonably slow. This is supposed to be very secure and reliable as this is a banking app. Hope they will give a fix and upgrade.
Really bad app - not working
I am an OFW so wala akong choice but to use your app and the website kasi there’s no other way for me to checj my balance. Both platforms are so bad especially the app. UI does not look friendly. Mas matatanggap ko pa ang pangit na UI pero gumagana. Yung app nyo, di na nga gumagana, hindi pa pinag effortan ang UI. Please naman, fix them.
