First time i used this apps i got problem already with my order. I waited long time to fix the problem. They did fix so i continuely using the apps. Then today i ordered again but i received wrong order. I complained to the customer service and they said they restaurant will deliver the missing order. I waited 30 minutes or more no call me and no deliveries. So i contacted customer service again. Then the restaurant called me which is the walker and telling me that its not there fault about the wrong order. They said system is not working so the customer service give the order manually. The restaurant told me its not there fault its the customer service fault. Ive been talking to them 1 hr just to fix the issue worth 15 aed still they cannot fix. Its a small amount but i paid for it and i should receive my order correctly. Its not about the amount is about the customer service how fast for them to solve the issue but it was so horrible. I will never use this apps again and i will not recommed. They cannot solve the issue at all.

EatEasy is the best food delivery app I've ever used. It really has it all: great discounts, easy to use interface, and lots of options. I love getting takeout from here because they always have the best deals on the most delicious dishes. The app is also really easy to use—you can filter your search by location, price, rating and so much more!
