I like eBay but....
Some sellers are fake and you have to wait to get your money back after you pay for something.
Happened with me before one seller sent tracking information and refused hardly to refund my money back and I didn’t get the item and lost my money.
Worst Customer Experience Ever
I created an account to sell my old PC and shortly after listing it, I got an email saying that my account was restricted, with NO instructions on what to do or why it was even restricted. So, I email customer service and they send me a long list of questions regarding what I am intending to do with the account, I answered every question truthfully highlighting that I am just a regular customer trying to list an item. Moments later, I receive an email saying that the decision is final and that my account is permanently restricted and I would not be able to use it or any other future accounts to buy or sell items on eBay. I did not bother asking why at this point as I was so deterred by their response, and I just asked for my account and data to be deleted since I would not be needing it anymore considering it was practically useless now. They told me they are unable to delete my account or my data, nor would they be able reinstate it. I send a final email highlighting my immense disappointment as a customer, and they then agree to delete the account. All in all, if you are a customer looking to sell items you own on eBay, just keep this in mind.
One of the worst experiences ever using an app
I was so exited to download ebay app , i was going to buy laptop and a camera of my dreams and i was looking forward to it so much ....
Dream was quickly gone as I suddenly received an email saying ebay has some concerns regarding my app usage and that they suspended my account, wait a min all i’ve done was bid on couple of things and make an offer on an item .
That can’t be right , i called ebay and asked what seam to be the problem the lady said no problems then she confirmed my information and restarted my account.....
I actually said can you please tell me what i did wrong so i don’t repeat it and she said no nothing wrong.
Okay as if that was not enough i fired up the application and i was ready to bid when i bidded for an item and i got an error that ebay puts a limit on purchases per account so they protect the consumers.
I didn't make a single purchase and the machine is already blocking me from bidding .
I deleted the app and I rather not to use it ever again
