Worst experience ever. Ever since I registered myself with this school I couldn’t have a single successful attempt of taking lectures. The voice over sometimes goes off, the OTP is never received. The lectures get stuck in between and then it shows warning errors. Every time I called the customer service I felt they knew what the issue was but always put blame on other things as maybe your eyesight test is not submitted that’s why the issue is coming, you haven’t received file no. That’s why the issue is coming. Every single time it was something else but the issue remains the same. It was told that only in lectures you would receive OTP but once I finished my theory course. For mock test I had face this OTP issue. In the mock test it if you click English language it gives Q. In Urdu language The video questions are never shown in the end to answer the questions. Please it’s a friendly advise never waste your money and time with them. Go for a better option

I would like to share my wonderful experience with ECO Driving School from my theory test at the head office to my practical training in Satwa and now, I’m proud to say that I’ve passed both my internal Smart Yard assessment and RTA Smart Yard test easily and with confidence.The staff and instructors were all very kind and incredibly patient, especially with beginners like me who had no prior driving experience. They truly provided the best training and support throughout my journey.A special thank you to my trainer in Satwa, Mujeeb Rehman I honestly don’t know where you get all that patience! Brother, thank you so much. Even after a long day of training, you still gave your best during my evening sessions, teaching and guiding me without ever showing any tiredness.Also, a huge thanks to my instructor in Al Quoz for Stage 4 practical training, Arbab Hussain, who helped me prepare and pass both my internal and RTA Smart Yard tests with ease. Despite the heat during my 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. sessions, he still stood outside the car giving me clear instructions and guidance to perfect my parking which helped me pass my test confidently today!Thank you very much to everyone at ECO. I’ll definitely look for you guys once I get my license! ECO Driving School truly has the best instructors and staff highly recommended! 🚗💪

I went for my RTA parking test after a gap due to personal reasons, but I didn’t pass. There was no training provided before the test. After that, I contacted the head office, and they told me to book the next RTA test date and call them back so they could schedule my training before the test. Accordingly, I booked my test and called them, but now they are saying that there are no available training slots and that they can’t do anything about it.I tried to reschedule the test, but there is still no training available, and they refuse to help in any way. The customer service is extremely poor and disrespectful. We have paid for this service—we are not asking for anything for free. It is their responsibility to assist us in resolving these issues, yet they are not helpful at all. When signing up, they made everything sound great, but after that, there is no respect for the customers.

The worst experience in my life and I’m still suffering honestly, no help for the booking (when u come to register promesse that they will help to guarantee the slots in fact no slots available) the area of the test almost complicated to pass the final test, as the road consumed by trucks and no line are visible which makes the chance of failure high, no one can help immediately if you want to book RTA test on weekend which is very very rare to find it and need a quick response to get it, and lot of issues ect refund and ect … (Eco Drive become my nightmare -even I regret the day i applied for driver license because of them-
