Very easy and smooth
The app is very smooth and easy to use with lot of cars available close to you. Opening the car also was easy via the app. The whole process of using and then leaving the car was very convenient.
It is for people who want the flexibility to find a car close to them at any time during the day.
The information was not clear
Firstly i booked and i called the customer service he is very nice agent he was talking with me in amazing attitude this part from his job i know but actually i paid for day I received the car and i asked how hand over the car he said just put it in any free parking but it was not clear as i came late from work which is after the booking for around 30 minutes and I tried to put the car as he said but the problem that he didn’t inform me that i have to put petrol as I received and he didn’t say that i have to finish the trip from application and there phones i have to take for car which is very important I consider that kind of like something to involve to get money as you didn’t notify me by phone even despite you have all my information it is not recommended at all when i talk to the customer service he told me i can not make for you any thing and said everything is written in application please take care if you have to book car from this app as the deducted from me with out referring back to me or ask i want or no this not good at all
DO NOT USE , Scammers .
I will never recommend this to anyone, its the worst experience for car rental in comparison with other ..
Because when my trip was going to end 21:24 , i start the ending of trip at 21:20 , the app it keep asking to agree on this and on that and take pictures … at the moment i was going to submit it renewed automatically and the car was closed and the key inside , i called cm care , it wasn’t helpful i send email they refend 46aed as credit in the application not even to my account after they take total 115Aed for renewal and parking ,
The issue that when the trip start the day before the process of taking pictures and agreeing on t&c was counting from my time.. it’s meant that the car still not opened and pictures not taken and the times run .
Why u don’t take the extra petrol in concern? I take it 30% and bring it 45% !!
And on what basis you activate auto payment and i select apple pay ??
