Horrible

I shouldn’t have put my hopes up high after getting my first order on time, the second time I ordered in advance, about a week and scheduled the order to arrive the following Wednesday, I never received my order, I contacted them via the app and everyday they’d say it’ll be delivered the following day. 3 days later..it says it’s on the way, I check 6 hrs later and nothing! So I contact them for the 6th time and they said today or tomorrow max you’ll receive it. A few hours later I get message that many items are out of stock, about 45 items out of 65 was out of stock! And eventually they cancel it. Should’ve trusted the bad reviews! 10 days wasted with no groceries at home for my family. Horrible experience I don’t recommend.

Not an app to use - esp at this covid time

Bad service. El grocer is the app provider to outlets. They also provide support through logistics by hiring Careem drivers (that do not know how to use the credit card machine if ur delivery manages to FINALLY arrive at your door step). The supervisor Shweta at el grocer calls u when u complain pretending not to know anything and trues gathering Informa from you when she shd hv already done her fact finding prior to calling the customer. Refuses to put you on to the manager (Vishwa). They then tell the customer to teach the driver how to use the credit card machine. When everything fails, they take the whole order back and refuse to sort the problem. As a result of all this, you are left with nothing. No groceries for the week as any place you order has a waiting period of 3-7 days average. This order was placed well in advance, despite that, they delayed the order, and then sent a driver who not only didn’t know how to use the credit card machine, but also said this was not his job to do so?!!!
Very unprofessional, a total waste of time, and unapologetically they leave you with nothing at the end. Total waste of time!
I normally don’t leave feedbacks, but I think this time it’s important to warn others so this doesn’t happen to them!

Bad service

I should've read this app review, many of you gave it one star, but I didn't know that as the overall rate was good, it was a very bad experience with this application, I choose to deliver to Al Sharjah and I choose Sharjah Co-op, it showed me that there is slots in the next day, and I received a call in that day from someone telling me that some items of my order was out of stock, and I choose alternatives, then it wasn't delivered at the time I choose, I called back the one who was putting my order in the co-op to ask why it's late, he told my the driver on its way, but nothing arrived, then I reached the live chat, they told they cannot deliver my order at that day and I should wait till tomorrow!!!! How is that possible my order was prepared already ! And supposed to be on the way!! I needed my order at that day and I didn't receive it, if there wasn't any slots available then don't show it in the app.

At least someone was supposed to tell me that I will not receive my order and I need to reschedule! But I didn't know that untill I talked my self to live chat.

Very baaad service, and last time to deal with you, will delete the app
