It is the third time I renew my membership with elite club! Why? Well because it is a very good deal ! You enjoy lots of discounts on hotels and food and drinks in many outlets in Dubaï and other Emirates and you have many complimentary items to benefit of. The application is very easy to use and an online chat is available in case you need help while booking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Go ahead subscribe with elite club and enjoy !!!

A nightmare

Fake “Great reviews”. My experience: The sales person will tell u that u have so many vouchers and he would never tell u that they r limited to certain hotels that u would never visit. The app is a nightmare. U must reserve online to redeem the voucher at least 24 hours in advance otherwise it is not accepted. So useless for spontaneous decision. Sometimes u reserve and they pretend not to receive the email so u have to check before u attend. So humiliating! The vouchers value of x-thousand r mostly for hotels that u would never visit and for one shisha or a complimentary useless one welcome drink or one shisha conditional that u have paid at least xxx for a meal 🤨🧐. They tell u that u have Pool access vouchers in all UAE. In Abu Dhabi, some r useful but the rest of the UAE it is in hotels that i was visiting as i was a student and had no money. Save ur membership money and use Groupon or Entertainer instead. There is a chat bottom in the app but the agent at the chat has no knowledge of the usage of the app. I do not recommend the membership at all and really regret paying for it

ultimate enjoyment

I joined the club a year ago and I did not expect to find this huge amount of entertainment. Just subscribe and download the application and start the search process through the application. You will find in the list a lot of outlets that you can spend quality time with family and friends with unexpected discounts, whether in Hotels, restaurants, or resorts are easy to book and the welcome I find upon my arrival as a member of the club. I add that the people in charge of the program provide assistance and quickly when anything is not possible, and all thanks to Mrs. Hind. I find what I want easily with this application
