First order i make from mac come to me very cold and pepsi not machine and i wonna make a complaint

Abysmal customer service + orders arriving super late consistently

Aside from the fact that they advertise that they deliver in my area (Madinaty) almost always there are no available drivers and and the riders always arrive late and cold. Tried to complain to their helpline and (shockingly) they were useless. I would complain a hit the delivery timing and the service and they just kept giving me LE30 off voucher. Never using this service again. Its as if talabat and elmenus are the spawn of the same incompetent service provider with a vendetta for people who would like to order food during fasting hours.

Needs Improvement

-Needs to tone down requests to rate the app as they appear to frequently
-Notifications about updates regarding my order annoyingly say “we have a problem!” when it’s just an update about the status of the order
-Map client used to set address is Apple Maps, not Google Maps, which is inconsistent and prone to errors in Egypt
-Orders are sometimes placed for restaurants which are out of my delivery zone, leading to surprise cancellations
-No notification control from within in-app settings
