Description
EHS App provide secure access to various patient services i.e. Appointment Booking, Medical Report request, Medicine Dispense, Home Mobile Care, Queue Management, Blood Donation request. The application employs a full-scale integration with our health care information systems i.e. WAREED, which centrally connects EHS’s medical facilities in-order to cater user needs and obtain up-to-date Medical Records, and Clinical Information. App users may also integrate with their wearable devices to obtain the basic vitals via Apple Health

Terrible app , when you try to log in with your Uae Pass it gets stuck. Tried to make an appointment and I wasn’t able to log in .
For guest login you can’t do anything and for log in area gives error .
Complicated way to visit a health care when this supposed to make it easier !

TERRIBLE!
Unacceptable to have such a bad designed badly coded and programmed app for such a big authority like the ministry of health. This app needs to be redesigned from from zero. Everything doesn’t work, and it always redirect to the website so what’s the use of downloading the app then?. I can’t download the certificate, I can’t view the receipt later on.
Review electronic medical record
The worst app to view your past lab results or your EMR. Very inconvenient, not user-friendly at all. 99% of the lab have the order name as “not available” and you have open each result alone which is pathetic in 2023.
