One Of The Best App I have Ever Seen To Send Money

I am a working person and I get every month salary that I have to send to family in my home country. Before I use go to many exchanges and wait in queue to send and pay lots of charges. And then two years before my friend suggests me “Emirates India International Exchange Mobile App”. From that time till now I am using this app and no complaints about it. 1. Easy To USE 2. A One Secure App. 3. Excellent Customer Service and Customer Care Support. 3. Money Transfer In Finger Tips 4. Live Tracking System. Best..Best Best..Best..Best..!!!!

Not reliable

I am utterly disappointed with the Emirates India Exchange app and their service. My recent experience with their platform has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

Firstly, their app's functionality is appalling. It constantly crashes, freezes, and fails to update transaction statuses accurately. This lack of reliability makes it nearly impossible to trust the app for managing transactions smoothly.

Moreover, their customer service is abysmal. Despite diligently sending funds on time, the Emirates Exchange team failed to acknowledge receipt due to their poor system. They then instructed me to create a new transaction with the same reference number, only to later inform me that it couldn't be processed due to a previous transaction expiring.

To add insult to injury, when I requested a refund, they insisted on visiting a branch in person, completely disregarding my travel plans and tight schedule. Their lack of flexibility and understanding further aggravated the situation.

Overall, Emirates India Exchange's app and service have caused me significant inconvenience and wasted time. I would strongly advise against using their platform until they address these critical issues and improve their customer service standards.

Feedback

Excellent experience, best rates compared with other exchange houses, the staffs are very helpful and cooperative. Wide range of services available which help me pay my credit card bills, electricity bills, recharge my number and many more. And you can find there branches all over UAE even in far labor camp areas. Overall impressive 👍
