Unblocking card is not working!!!
Last night i blocked my EI Signature card, because I missed place it and when i found it i tried to remove the block and once i answer the security questions it takes me out from the application and since then I'm not able to use my card!!!
So today I walked into Abu Dhabi mall breach to open a savings account, after a staff attended to me and told me what were the requirements to open a savings account, he told me to wait for some minutes to be attended to by his Colleague because he was not Authorized to open account, after waiting for almost an hour, finally his colleague attended to me and told me I needed a salary certificate directed to Emirate islamic bank, I told him I spoke to your colleague and he said I only needed my Emirate I’d and passport and a maintenance of 3000aed to open an account, then he said okay let me just ask my manager, his manager said yes they could open the account with that requirement, then the manager went on to ask what my nationality was, I told him I was ( nigeria ) and he went on to say they don’t open account for Nigerians, when I asked him what the reason was, he couldn’t give me an answer, all he had to say was it was bank policy. I told him ok since its bank policy, they must have a reason, so what is the reason ???? Still no answer! I don’t know how a bank who are looking for customers can have such hideous policies!!! 🤨
Very poor internet banking and a website doesn’t let me in!
Can’t access to online banking app is not letting me in and keep saying when I want to login an error has occurred or your session has timed out also website log in window is broken not compatible with iPhones I think. When I use apple save passwords never lets me in and if I try typing my password manually I will get my account blocked due to incorrect password or login. And last time when I did bank transfer it was never delivered and to get my money back to account took ages, to reach an operator over the phone to ask simple help is not easy as well as you need to enter tons of information about your card/account etc.. Anyway I can complain here for hours.. just very very disappointed...
