Strange is going on with program, keep log out from the program, then don’t except password, and the strangest thing that skipping the days, just not showing on board yesterday day.
NOT REAL, NOT WORKING, NO REAL INTEREST with the Bank
I just join NBD because of this FITNESS ACCOUNT bought a fitbit, and notting is as declare in the NBD Bank website, I put my savings in the fitness account and I cannot even linked to it, if this 4% interest is not real and the bank cannot afford it why you don t remove? I am leaving NBD. This is ridiculous that there is a website an app a promotion and none of this is working, and all my money are on this account that I cannot even open. Seriously disappointed. And NONE of the employees of the bank by phone at the customers service and at a bra could explain or help me. I hope I will manage to contact a higher management at the main branch and make this present. You cannot afford? Delete it or make it work.
8 months without tracking
I reported initially in February 2018 and again in July that after the fitness app was upgraded i have been unable to link to my iwatch. This is affecting the interest rate of the account and therefore defrauding me of money in loss of interest. Please find attached latest image from tracker setup (no iwatch option)
After the initial contact in February and again in July that NBD staff could not help me they said they would contact me back, they don't........again I am contacting you after the initial complaint 8 months ago........that is 8 months interest that NBD owe me and i want this resolved.
I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling with no success, please advise so i can be compensated for loss of interest over the last 8 months.
