The app overall is amazing, very user friendly and navigates smoothly. The pin option is great considering you don’t have to enter your email address/password however for the past month, everytime I try to enter the PIN it comes back with an error, it requests me to log in via email and password and once done it asks whether I would like to enter a PIN. I again select a PIN and it keeps giving me the same error. Tried the feature from different mobiles and it’s working fine except for me. To worsen the matter, I’ve submitted this technical issue twice already and yet, I got ignored, the issue remains and no one called back. Aside from this minor glitch all else is fine. Hope by writing this review I would get someone’s attention. For all I know maybe few, many or perhaps none are facing this issue. *Note: It’s not my mobile phone as it’s one of the latest releases with full and current updates.

I forget to pay zakat Al fater ، I remembered at 0200 am this app is amazing helped me to pay it within few minutes via quick pay ,unfortunately I found difficulty to get registered, but alhamdollah finally payment sucked

I love how UI friendly this App is, very convenient!! However… i am not able to see any of my donation history over the years , please fix this! Its a very big issue that you have since a long time . Especially when i donate in person. When they fill in my details on their tablet/ ipad. I cannot see any of my donation i made in my account , when i donate in person . This is very important option to have! I have been donating since 2022 and i have not seen a single transaction history details i made on this app! Kindly fix this.
