Have never seen an app on the App Store with so many bugs that the just keeps crashing with “an error occurred” 7/10 times you place a request. Maybe run the app on the test server with the any promotion you have in mind to handle the traffic before you move to production? Building an app is not the objective giving a seamless experience is. I’d rather call the restaurant and pay using my card rather than use the app it’s that bad.

I like the idea of this app and if I am not wrong it will end up becoming one of the best payment app in the region. It is a very easy and simple payment app which gives me access to everything that I want all inside it - Food, education, utilities, Salik, etc. I am sure they will add more to it. This will effectively replace my carrying a wallet in the near future. Highly recommend for a UAE residents

Useless app. Not even working at the sign up stage as it gives ‘request timed out’ error message all the time. I tried reinstalling about 10 times but still gives the same error. I experienced that this app drains the phone battery a lot while it opened. in 3 minutes my battery got drained about 13 percent. I recommend not to use this app as it is not that comfortable as what is described about this app in website.

The app is really great. No issues with the registration and the app itself is easy to use. You can pay everything in one app. Lot of offers and promotions are going on. I highly recommend this to my family and friends.

It’s secured and I feel more more comfortable to use Empay instead my debit card directly. Food orders the service is good received a call from customer service emapy they were following up with me till the order delivered.
