I like the game
I have only one issue that make me heat this game is that there’s no Arabic language and that

I hope you guys add Arabic language in the next update

Fun.. but!
The game provide lots of fun, but there are many issues in the game for example:
1. After every update the number of glitches and bugs are increasing. The development team does not run enough tests before releasing updates.
2. Customer service are so bad an not consistence with their support. We had two alliances that has been stolen in our server, one alliance the customer service helped to get their alliance back and the other got nothing that cause some members to leave the game. This is surely unethical.
3. The game does not provide account trading and multiple accounts - yet they are doing NOTHING to stop such a thing.
4. Many players requested from customer service to delink their account from Facebook for security reason, customer service rejected their request that resulted a threat to their account security.
5. The game does not provide 8-hours shield as ALL other MMO games, this resulting of losing troops while players are sleeping.
It is understandable that Goodgame into business, however it is not acceptable to do business unethically.
